We work with our clients from the very start of the process. You can build a brand new villa based on one of our plans for the same price as you would pay for an original, restored villa. You will have a far superior home, fully insulated and double glazed, yet retaining all the character of a traditional bay villa.
We have three series of plans – the Cottage Series, the Classic Series and the more upmarket Designer Series. There are 11 standard plans to choose from and we can also modify each plan to suit your unique requirements. If you show us a picture of a feature you like from an original villa, we can copy it in our workshop.

Our craftsmen builders and associated trades people use traditional building methods where possible, including cutting and nailing timber on site, so you are guaranteed of a superior job.
All homes are built from pine weatherboard, milled in Rotorua and pre-primed on all four sides, to ensure the timber lasts forever. As our founder Steve explains "We want our homes to be still standing in 100 years' time, just like the original villas are".
Over the past years we have worked on a range of sites, with different budgets. We handle every part of the new build process so you only have to deal with us, increasing efficiency and accountability.
